All new clients will first complete a diagnostic session with Paule in order to achieve the best possible results.
During your consultation, we will explore your current belief system, meticulously identifying any psychological barriers that might be holding you back from achieving your goals. My role is to be your ally and guide, providing unwavering support and expert guidance, empowering you to take independent action towards your aspirations.
Each subsequent session will build upon what we uncover during this session, bringing you closer to realising your goals and experiencing lasting positive changes.

Diagnostic consultation: $200*
Priming session to help you get the best out of your coaching sessions
Each diagnostic session is 60 minutes and can take place either online, or face-to-face
Includes instruction on how to develop positive self-talk
